THE PROJECT
ESCAPE4HEALTH is an Erasmus+ project that will create a set of escape rooms to complement the education of healthcare students and professionals. If this is the first time you are hearing about the project, we encourage you to check out our official website escape4health.eu to find out more.
RECENT EVENTS – GREECE
March was a month we have had the opportunity to host our escape rooms for healthcare students and professionals from various countries.
In March partners traveled to Thessaloniki, Greece where The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki hosted a Transnational project meeting. We also had the privilege and joy to attend the 12th Scientific Conference of the Medical School AUTH.
Participants were able to play in the escape games created by The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Laurea University of Applied and Sciences. Teams did an amazing job and were able to solve all the puzzles and escape.
RECENT EVENTS – FINLAND
Laurea University of Applied and Sciences hosted an International Week in the end of March in Finland. Health care educators and students from around the Europe were interested in escape room pedagogy and enjoyed playing the game.
RECENT EVENTS – DENMARK
Region Hovedstaden have created a short video, introducing the concept of escape rooms and providing an overview of their role in the Escape 4 Health project. The video was developed to be used by Region Hovedstaden to promote their work with escape rooms with a view to explaining the concept to those who are not familiar with escape rooms and generating interest in individuals wishing to participate in this educational activity. Although the video is in Danish, English subtitles have been included so Escape4Health project partners can also watch the video. See the video here:
